One of my main goals with my newborn photography is capture the squish every. single. session.  Luckily, Beckett was more than willing to oblige.  How adorable is this little man?  I can’t get enough of that hair!  And those cheeks!  Oh my!

Cute little story about Beckett.  I’ve been good friends with his aunt for many years.  I’ll never forget the day she told me she was going to be an Auntie.  When she told me the exciting news, she could barely contain her excitement… or tears!  Rarely have I seen Ash cry, but the idea of being an aunt did her in!

As with every session, I try to customize the session for each client.  Luckily, Tina LOVES neutrals, which is what I have an abundance of in the studio (with more on the way, I’m an addict).  We were able to incorporate tons of neutrals into the session, so these images should look amazing in their house.

We all know by now that my style lends to posed sleeping babies.  So when Beckett slept a majority of his three hour session, Sarah (my assist for the afternoon) and I just kept going and going and going…. we were the freaking energizer bunnies of newborn photographers.  I have no idea how Tina & Brian are going to pick favorites from the session!  How gorgeous are these two with their new baby?

Lastly, we made sure to get the parent poses, and one special picture Brian was really wanting.  I wish there was a behind the scenes shot of how we got the picture of daddy holding his little guy’s feet.  But alas, there’s not, so you’ll have to use your imagination!
