Wren’s Newborn Session ~Decatur, Il Newborn Photographer~
I don’t even know where to begin with Miss Wren, too many favorites! This tiny little beauty with the coolest name did awesome for her sessions. With this model call, I wanted to work on my beanbag poses, and Wren wanted little to do with it for quite a while. Eventually, she slept (they all do, it just takes time!) and I did my thing, and walked away with some beautiful images. Here’s a link to the gallery that contains Wren’s newborn pictures (hers starts on the second row).
It was really important to mom to incorporate a few elements into her newborn session. First, the sisters were a must. As with most kiddos, age 3-4 is a tough age, but big sis Jocelyn (3.5) rocked the session and bigger sis Jade held little Wren perfectly and helped convince JoJo to do the pictures. Since Wren stayed asleep, we played around with some family pictures too, and I love them! What do you think?
The second request from mom was a nest for her little bird. I had a little twig wreath and some fluff, so after some wrestling with Wren (she won, her arms came up) she was all wrapped up and she was good to go. I’m sure it’ll be one of mom’s favorites, while mine is the sneeze, and dad liked to the one of Wren looking right at the camera. Which ones are yours?
